The open character of c.s.v. Lux ad Mosam is something that we are proud of, and everyone should feel welcome and safe when in our building or attending our activities. For that reason, we have formulated a code of conduct. This code is to be upheld by all Members and guests at activities organized by our Association.

Physical violence
Any form of physical violence will not be tolerated.
Substance abuse
When entering an activity organised by c.s.v. Lux ad Mosam, people must not show any signs of intoxication and drug use will not be tolerated.
Acting on code of conduct
The Senaat of c.s.v. Lux ad Mosam is within its rights to decide on an individual basis on a violation of the established codes of conduct. For example, people can be denied access to an activity organized by the Association or the authorities can be contacted. Where necessary, the Advisory Board can play a role in this.
Of course, a report remains confidential and action is taken in consultation.
